engaged in Engineering Procurement and Construction Projects in the Oil
and Gas industry. The focus of the Company is: Engineering Procurement Construction Installation It has a Technical Service Agreement with Sea Engineering Inc of Texas, USA and aims to work with foreign EPCI Companies with experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. It is looking at projects in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea. Base offices are being set up in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Warri. They will also be able to handle both Offshore and Onshore EPCI Projects. |

bringing quality service to the Marine Oil & Gas Industry. The services Marine Transportation including tugboats, anchor handling services, barges and coastal vessels. It is also involved in Marine Services including stevedoring and supply of materials and other services to vessels. It is set up to provide marine transportation of fuels, materials and personnel to Offshore Oil platforms in Nigeria and in the Gulf of Guinea area. It also has extensive data base for Procurement of spare parts, equipments and all types of items used in the Oil Industry. It has a Technical Management Support with BOA –offshore of Norway. |
