The aim of the group is
derived from the professional background of its promoter Mr. Tunji
Lawal-Solarin who is a Petroleum Economist. He is also a Consultant of note in the Oil and Gas Industry apart from extensive experience as an entrepreneur and investor. His entrepreneurial and investment interests cover Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Consulting and Marketing where he has set up many Companies and participated in joint-ventures. He also has extensive professional and business experience in USA, France, UK, Malaysia, and South Africa. With over 20 years in the industry he promoted the setting up of various Companies with different interests in the Oil & Gas Industry. The overall aim is to create quality value added services in the industry by leveraging on the rich experience of the promoter. The range of services includes Consulting to Investment. Others include Marine Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Project Management. Other activities include Manufacturing, Trading and Investment Advisory Services. One driving principle of each activity is the synergy that links one to the other, that is from Consulting to Investment and to the management of projects. |
